Excellent post Sambas. Thanks for the reminder, especially the 'Be Generous' is the key!

WOW! Remarkable stuff!

You've provided us a great formula to test over time.

Thank you for gathering and writing your thoughts here.

More credit to you!

seth seems like really interesting guy, hope to meet him one day!

Wow! Great story and insight to be applied to all. I seek change in all I do as a tool for improvement. Go as hard as you can with all that you can for as far a you can.

This is outstanding- thank you. The kind of post that I'll be hanging up by my computer so I can be reminded of all its juicy wisdom throughout the day.

@Arjun

Thanks for the kind words! Posting this as your desktop background is a huge compliment. I put in a lot of real deep thinking time into this post which is why it took so long to come out. But I think it belongs on your desktop background for a good while! Absolutely!

I love your landing page for First10. It's elegant and articulate.

Allan,
Great post. Thank you.

I agree with you that the greatest thanks we can give to a mentor is to take what we learned and share it with the world. I have seen this several times in my life, most recently in Toastmasters. I realized that I cannot give back what a mentor has given me, but I can share what I have learned about public speaking with a new club member.

Great post! Thanks for the reminder. I sometimes get caught in the important but unnecessary details, and change the way I behave with my customers. I am saving this as my desktop background right away. I will practice these principles from today.

Another splendid post, SAMBA team!

Of all the pointers you have emphasized, I really liked the one about change -- about changing yourself, changing others and changing the world.

And I strongly believe that change is the most important ingredient for us to become better entrepreneurs, better MBA's, better movers in the community, better family members, better neighbors, ultimately better persons.

Without change on a personal level, you will be so caught up with your everyday routine that you will regret in the long run why you have let yourself get stuck in a boring and monotonous ritual.

I want to apply for SAMBA. Is there a post that explains when they're in session? I thought it was like every 6 months you meet or you'd be in program for 6 months straight? And while in session, do you stay somewhere with everyone else? I'd like to read this in detail if there is a post.
